Chris' first foray in to the world of recording was in 1995 with the London Concertante recording of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Since then, he has recorded and produced 16 disks with London Concertante, 7 with ZUM, his own solo cello album and a CD featuring Harpsichordist, David Wright.
In 2009 made his first foray in to the world of DVDs, launching a new label called, "ST. MARTIN-IN-THE-FIELDS Live" which will feature a series of live concerts recorded at this magnificent church in Central London. The first DVD, released in December 2009, features the stunningly talented pianist, Warren Mailley-Smith.
Two of Chris' favourite places are in the wings of a theatre before a performance and in the recording studio. However, he also loves the post-production side of recording and is a firm believer that there is as much artistry involved in producing, editing and mixing a disk as there is in performing on one. Thankfully for Chris, he gets to do both.
